The next step is our fast online application and easy-reference checklist to help you gather the required financial documents for your approval. We'll be available 24/7 throughout the entire process via phone, text, email or Messenger.
Once we’ve sent all your documents for approval, let’s connect to map out your plan! We get that sometimes it’s way more convenient to do things from the comfort of your couch, so this meeting can happen as a webinar online or in person at one of our locations.
You can expect to get your approval back in 24-48 hours! As soon as we receive it, we will schedule a time to review it with you, answer any questions you may have and ensure you are comfortable to move forward.
It’s possible that your approval might be conditional on having an appraisal done to confirm the value of the home you are buying or refinancing. If this is required, we will take care of that for you! Appraisals generally take 4-5 days to complete and get a report back.
It’s time for our team to prepare your paperwork for final review and signing! This can be done electronically or in person. Once you’ve signed off, we send everything to the lender for one final review
Congratulations, it’s official! Whether you’re picking up keys to your new home, taking out cash for your renovations or finally paying off debts, the last step is to meet with a lawyer and finalize your mortgage.
